Groundwater is an important source of Drinking Water, and is often used in Bottling Plants across the region. However, overexposure to metals (like iron and manganese) that are found in groundwater can cause serious health risks over time.

Problem – They wanted to remove iron and manganese from groundwater before it is further treated to produce and bottle their mineral water for public consumption
This is a very critical process for them especially since oxidation of metallic components from groundwater is the first and most important part of mineral water treatment.

PRODUCT RELIABILITY Preservation of the lifespan of the ozone generator was ensured with the inclusion of a built-in dryer, external chiller and external dryer as a total packaged solution.
SAFETY Attention to detail means we installed a diaphragm valve at the outlet of the ozone generator for complete sealing of gas to prevent ozone leakage thus protecting the health of the operators.
AUTOMATION AND IMPROVEMENTS IN OPERATIONS With Modbus communication and an Integrated SD-card, failure and operation data memory is available for data monitoring and auditing. Furthermore, outputs for operation and failure messages can be sent to customers PLC/Scada directly allowing better response times.
EASE OF USE Added accessibility since the unit comes with Human Machine Interface (touch panel) for Ozone capacity adjustment (from 3%- 100%) instead of manual adjustment using rate valves
